Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

We only currently deliver within the United Kingdom. The flat rate shipping charge of £4.80, will take from 5 to 10 business days. The posted delivery times are estimates based on normal schedules and conditions and not guaranteed by the parcel service. The number of days posted on our website are Business Days and doesn’t include weekends or bank holidays.

 

RETURNS 

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned as the entire kit.

dōTERRA unopened products will receive a 100% of purchase (minus shipping), which will be refunded to the original payment method. 

RETURNS PROCEDURE 

To obtain a refund for returned products or sales aids, you must comply with the following procedure:

  1. An ID number for the return should be received prior to the return of the shipment to our warehouse. This number can be obtained by emailing us with the item description and reason for return to info@dawnmmurray.com  
  2. We will then provide you with a return label to print with the postal address and ID number, as requested by our warehouse. 
  3. We will also send you a note to print and place inside the parcel. 
  4. All return shipping costs must be paid for by you. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REFUND QUERIES (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
